I will show you:
I will adapt my tours based on what you are looking for. Whether it be a walk around the old Panier district, the Major cathedral and the famous old port, or a walk up to the even more famous Notre Dame de la Garde, the highest point in Marseille! Marseille is a huge city and I would like the explain each tour to you beforehand so that you can choose where you would like to visit. If you prefer shopping, ice cream or tasting local specialties, I can show you the best places to go. I started as a British tourist and I love Marseille so much that I am still here, 4 years later, as a tour guide, showing you the things I love about my new city.
About me:
I'm English but I live in Marseille. I love history and travel so discovering new places is my favourite thing to do, especially stopping for a drink with the locals or discovering the hidden gems of a new city. I also like sport, I used to be an ice skater for Great Britain and my favourite thing to do in summer, (apart from having a beer or cocktail near the sea) is walking along the seafront or hiking in the mountains.

My special tours and activities:
Learn the basics of French for your holiday
At any age you can learn a new language, and as an English teacher I have plenty or experience teaching both children and adults. Now I would like to help holidaymakers improve their French or at least learn the very basics so that you can communicate with the locals during your stay.
The history of Marseille
Having learned a lot about the history of Marseille and their unique traditions and culture, I would like to show you the oldest part of Marseille and explain to you everything I have learned about the history of Marseille.
Let's go shopping!
There are many places to go shopping in Marseille, from city centre streets to huge shopping centres. Once you have explained what kind of shopping yo want to do, as well as a budget (designer prices, high street shops or small local boutiques) I can take you to the place that I think will suit you best and I will leave you yo to your own devices (I will of course explain how to get back to the centre too!)
